Delete Your WELLlife Care Data
Wondfo USA, Inc. — operator of the WELLlife Care app — offers you several ways to delete your data, in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR, Washington MHMDA, and others).
Option 1 — Delete your entire account from the app (fastest)
- Open WELLlife Care on your phone.
- Sign in if needed.
- Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Type
DELETE(in capital letters) to confirm. - Tap the red Delete my account forever button.
Your entire account and all associated data are removed immediately. Backups containing your data are purged within 35 days.
Option 2 — Delete specific health cards (keep account)
If you only want to remove certain illness records but keep your account:
- Open WELLlife Care.
- Go to the Cards tab.
- Tap the card you want to delete.
- Use the card’s delete option to remove that record.
Option 3 — Email us for any data-deletion request
If you can’t access the app, want to delete only specific information without removing your whole account, or want to exercise CCPA/GDPR/MHMDA rights, email us:
- Email: appadmin@wondfousa.com
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Please send from the email address registered on your account so we can verify ownership.
- Tell us which data you want deleted (everything, a specific health card, AI chat history, etc.).
We respond to deletion requests within 30 days (CCPA: up to 45 days, extendable to 90; GDPR: 30 days).
What gets deleted

Important notes
- Deletion is irreversible. Once removed, your account and data cannot be restored. Export anything you want to keep before deleting.
- Data on your device (locally cached logs) is also cleared when you uninstall the app, regardless of the steps above.
- If you re-create an account with the same email after deletion, it starts fresh — past data does not return.
- Backups may temporarily retain encrypted snapshots for up to 35 days, after which they are permanently destroyed.
