Delete Your WELLlife Care Data

Wondfo USA, Inc. — operator of the WELLlife Care app — offers you several ways to delete your data, in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR, Washington MHMDA, and others).

Option 1 — Delete your entire account from the app (fastest)

  1. Open WELLlife Care on your phone.
  2. Sign in if needed.
  3. Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  5. Type DELETE (in capital letters) to confirm.
  6. Tap the red Delete my account forever button.

Your entire account and all associated data are removed immediately. Backups containing your data are purged within 35 days.

Option 2 — Delete specific health cards (keep account)

If you only want to remove certain illness records but keep your account:

  1. Open WELLlife Care.
  2. Go to the Cards tab.
  3. Tap the card you want to delete.
  4. Use the card’s delete option to remove that record.

Option 3 — Email us for any data-deletion request

If you can’t access the app, want to delete only specific information without removing your whole account, or want to exercise CCPA/GDPR/MHMDA rights, email us:

We respond to deletion requests within 30 days (CCPA: up to 45 days, extendable to 90; GDPR: 30 days).
