Terms and Conditions for Scaniva App

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Scaniva mobile application (the “App”), provided by Wondfo USA Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
The Scaniva App is designed to assist users in capturing and analyzing results from compatible rapid test kits (e.g., COVID-19, Flu A/B) and sharing them with healthcare providers if desired. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with permission and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Not a Medical Device
Scaniva is not a medical device, and it has not been cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The App is intended to support—but not replace—clinical judgment or diagnostic procedures.
All interpretations are informational only. You should consult a licensed medical professional for any health decisions, especially if your test result is positive, invalid, or if symptoms persist.
3. User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree:

To use only compatible, authorized test kits (e.g., Wondfo WELL life™)

To follow all instructions within the App and on the physical test kit

Not to use the App in any unlawful, misleading, or harmful way

Not to attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the App

Not to submit false, misleading, or inappropriate content
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and security of any data you submit or share using the App.
4. Privacy and Data
Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and software in the App are owned by Wondfo USA Inc. and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.
6. App Updates and Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any interruptions, bugs, or loss of data due to updates or service changes.
7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee the App is free from errors, defects, or that it will meet all user expectations.

We are not responsible for any medical outcomes, missed diagnoses, or decisions made based on the App’s outputs.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wondfo USA Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to health outcomes, data loss, or communication failures.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Diego County, California.
