1. How Do I Know the Sample Is Urine?
All Safelife test cups are equipped with a temperature indicator strip. When a fresh sample is provided, the temperature strip should change color to reflect a normal urine temperature range (generally 90–100 °F). This helps verify that the sample has not been tampered with or substituted.

2. How Long Should I Wait Before Reading the Results?
For best accuracy, wait exactly 5 minutes after the sample has been provided and the test cup has been sealed. Reading the test results either too soon or too long after the 5-minute mark may affect accuracy.

3. What Is the Sensitivity Level for Fentanyl?
Our Ultra-Sensitive Fentanyl Urine Detection test can identify fentanyl at concentrations as low as 1 ng/mL, offering precise and reliable results for detecting even trace amounts of the substance.
