1. Why Is There Still a Pregnancy Probability in the “Safe” Zone?

Unexpected Biological Factors

Experiment-Based Risk
We include a small probability of pregnancy even in what our app might label as a “safe” window. This reflects real-world data: while the likelihood is low, there is always a possibility. We want to remind you that no method can guarantee zero risk of pregnancy.

2. Why Is My Pregnancy Rate So Low?

Age-Related Adjustments
Our algorithm factors in age-related fertility data. Generally, fertility begins to decline around age 30, so if you’re over 30, the app will show a reduced probability of pregnancy based on published research and clinical observations.

Other Contributing Factors

If you have concerns about your fertility or overall reproductive health, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional for personalized guidance.

3. Why Do Captured Image Values Differ from the Color Card?

Single-Shot Limitations
When you take a photo of your strip, the app captures a single image under your current lighting conditions. Small variations in light, camera quality, and angle can lead to readings that differ slightly from your perception of the color card.

Environmental and Device Factors

For best results, take the photo in a well-lit area and ensure your camera lens is clean. Always compare the test strip to the color card or control lines for confirmation.

4. Product Quality Issues

Missing Control Lines
If the control line on your test strip does not appear at all, or if you suspect a manufacturing defect, please stop using the strip and contact us immediately. We take product quality seriously and will work with you to replace or refund any faulty items.

Contact Support
For all product quality questions or concerns, reach out via the in-app help center or our official support channels. We’re committed to providing you with reliable products and accurate information.
